Solar Appointment Setter

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Solar Appointment Setter to join a growing Solar Media Agency. This is a 100% remote position focused on connecting with homeowners and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria.
• Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.

What we’re looking for:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience: Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing (solar industry experience is a huge plus!).
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and VOIP systems.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
